The New Italian Hub: Jay Luigi's Flagship Location in SoHo

Hey everyone! You know I love to keep you in the loop on all the latest and greatest in our local food scene, and I've got some exciting news! Jay Luigi has opened a new flagship location in South Tampa's vibrant SoHo neighborhood, and it's a game-changer. This isn't just another Italian restaurant; it's a full-service experience that’s all about a healthier, fresher take on Italian classics.

Located at the perfect spot of 516 S Howard Ave, Tampa, FL 33606, this new Jay Luigi is poised to become a central hub for the community. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday, with hours that make it a perfect destination for any occasion. They're open from 11am-9pm Tuesday and Wednesday, 11am-10pm on Thursday, and staying open even later on Friday and Saturday until 11pm. And for those of you who love a leisurely Sunday, they're open from 11am-9pm. Note that they are closed on Mondays.

But what truly sets this new location apart are the special events. They have an Aperitivo Hour, their take on happy hour, from Tuesday to Friday between 4pm-6pm. This is the perfect time to unwind with friends and enjoy a drink and a bite. And for the weekenders, they offer a delicious weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm. It’s the perfect way to start your day with some amazing Italian-inspired breakfast and lunch dishes.

The menu at this flagship location is where their passion truly shines. They're making their own naturally fermented pizza dough in-house, which not only tastes incredible but is also easier on the stomach. They're also using fresh pasta, locally grown vegetables, and high-quality grilled meats. For my cocktail connoisseurs out there, they have a fantastic selection of lighter craft cocktails that are the perfect complement to their food.

In my opinion, Jay Luigi's new SoHo location is a must-visit. It's a place that's all about community, quality, and creating unforgettable memories. Whether you're in the mood for a casual lunch, a lively happy hour, or a full-service Italian dinner, this is the place to be. You have to check it out and tell me what you think!
